Andrew Tapia Jr. is the RCCOA Nutrition Coordinator. He began his career at age 15 in a local restaurant and for the next two decades worked at several different restaurants including a position as Senior Chef at Forest Dunes golf course. He began working for RCCOA in 2016 as a cook at the St. Helen Center. With the continued growth of the agency, he hung up his apron in 2019 and became the Nutrition Coordinator. He oversees the “Meals-on-Wheels” program for the entire county. If you have ever called our “Meals-on-Wheels” hotline you have likely spoken with him. Andrew and his wife Lissa live in St. Helen and play sports and spend time with their family in their free time.
