My name is Patti Ososki, I am originally from Flint although I have lived and worked in the Roscommon/Grayling Areas since 1986.
I have 3 Associates Degrees from Kirtland College (Accounting, Banking & Finance and Business Admin). I also have a BBA and an MBA with an HR Concentration from Baker College in Flint.
My previous experience includes 6 years as an Office manager at Rieth-Riley Construction Company and 17 years working in Human Resources at Lear Corporation. I hired into Lear through Kelly Services as a Human Resource Administrator was promoted to Human Resource Specialist I and finally to Human Resource Specialist II before moving on.
While at Lear, I enjoyed working with both hourly and salaried employees in a UAW manufacturing setting. Throughout the years I had been responsible for onboarding over 1,000 new employees.
I hired into the Roscommon County Commission on Aging on June 1, 2021, as the Human Resource Generalist and have enjoyed it immensely. I look forward to my future here.
